Brigitte Yaghi - Albi W Omri

Brigitte Yaghi (Arabic: بريجيت ياغي) (born 18 November 1987 in Lebanon) is a Lebanese/Egyptian singer. She first gained significant public notice by garnering fifth place in Super Star 2, the Arabic version of American Idol or Pop Idol. Yaghi was born in Lebanon, and now live in Egypt. She was raised in Hadath, Lebanon, where by age 14 she was participating in vocal fiestas and private shows. At age 16 she entered in the Super Star 2 competition, where she earned fifth place. Her debut recording, Albi w Omri, was filmed by noted video director Ray Kay.

Joe Ashkar Joe Ashkar is a Lebanese singer. Recently, Joe Ashkar launched a hit duet with the young Moroccan singer Hanaa EL Idrisi that was entitled 'Lassahar Sahar' which was very popular.

Adam - Ala Baly / أدم - على بالي

Adam Wael Shehada, alias Adam, is the Lebanese young singer. The boy was born on December 12, 1987, in Lebanon. From a young age, Adam loved singing. Indeed, he began singing with the vocalist Mustafa Jaafari at the age of nine and continued until he was 16 years old. His music career, started officially when he met the composer and singer Nicholas Saadeh Nakhleh in a concert for the artist Subhi Tawfiq. From then on, Nicholas would become Adam’s angel guardian, for he decided to become his manager. Thus, Adam’s first album was released with his first collection of Arabic songs. In the album, he united his wonderful voice with the eternals of Oum Kalthoum, Zekra, Warda and many other icons. The inauguration album, revealed the artist’s great vocal capacities and introduced him as the new successor of the perpetuate legends. At the age of 16, Adam released his first own song “Mesh ba’i gher ashwa’I”, and filmed it in a video clip. Two years later, at the age of 18, he issued an album that raised him to stardom especially with his song “Kholes el damaa”, which was the title of this album. Two other Arabic songs got much reputation “Haza Ana” and “Kifak Inta”, which were a proof of Adam’s great success. And he has later issued an album titled "Helef El Amar", which included all the songs that he performed live at concerts. Adam is one of the real successful and promising artists. In fact, he has won the Murex Award in 2005 as the Best Promising Young Artist. In 2009, it was time for Adam to release his album “Ala Bali”, which holds the title of the song that has been till now topping the Arabic songs playlists. Characterized by its affectionate lyrics melt with Adam’s melodious voice, the song “Ala Bali”, expanded Adam’s fame from the Arabian Gulf to the Atlantic.

Raksit Leila - Mashrou' Leila

Mashrou' Leila, transcrito también como Mashrou3 Leila, es un grupo libanés de rock alternativo, formado por siete miembros. Se creó en Beirut, Líbano, en 2008, como un taller de música en la Universidad Americana de Beirut. El grupo, liderado por Hamed Sinno, uno de los cofundadores, ha publicado un álbum de estudio con letras y temas satíricos, que ha despertado una gran polémica. Los componentes de Mashrou' Leila son, actualmente, Haig Papazian (violín), Omaya Malaeb (teclados), Carl Gerges (batería), Ibrahim Badr (bajo), Firas Abu-Fajr y Andre Chedid (guitarras) y Hamed Sinno (voz).

Elissa - Tesadaa Bemeen / إليسا - تصدق بمين

Elissa Elissar Zakaria Khoury (Arabic: إليسار زكريا خوري) (born in Deir el Ahmar, Lebanon on October 27, 1972) simply known as Elissa (Arabic: إليسا) is a Lebanese singer. She is known for her collaborations with well-known Arab and international artists, notably Ragheb Alama, Cheb Mami, Fadl Shaker, Chris DeBurgh and Gerard Ferrer. Born to a Lebanese father (Zakaria Khoury) and a Syrian mother (Youmna Suud), her debut was in 1992 in Studio El Fan, a popular music competition where she won a silver medal. Her debut album in 1999 was Baddi Doub on EMI followed by W'akherta Ma'ak and Ayshalak. In 2004 she signed with the major pan-Arab label Rotana Records, with Ahla Donya being the debut on the new label, followed by Bastanak, Ayami Beek and Tsadaq Bmein. Elissa's 8th studio album "As3ad Wahda" is set for release on June 25, 2012. Elissa Elissar Z. Khoury (en árabe: إليسار زكريا خوري), conocida como Elissa (árabe: إليسا) es una cantante libanesa de padre libanés y madre siria nacida el 27 de octubre de 1972 en Deir el Ahmar, se crio dentro del hermoso paisaje natural del Valle Bekaa. Estudió Ciencias Políticas en la Universidad del Líbano. A la edad de 10 años participó en un festival infantil en Mont La Salle. Es una de las cantantes pop más conocidas del mundo árabe. El vídeo Ahla Donya con la última canción de Tupac Shakur, ha sido vista más de siete millones de veces en YouTube. Elissa comenzó su carrera en 1992, en concurso de Lebanese Broadcasting Corporation, LBC, en el cual ganó la medalla de plata. Después de una larga ausencia, regresó en 1998 con un single español-árabe titulado Badi Doub. Su primer álbum Baddi Doub fue uno de los más vendidos en Líbano y Oriente Medio, con más de 150.000 copias. Este éxito abrió las puertas a su participación en el Festival internacional de música de Cannes en 2000. Cuenta con una gran trayectoria como cantante lo que ha hecho que le otorguen innumerables reconocimientos como el "World Music Award" en el año 2005 en Hollywood por las ventas de su álbum Ahla Donya, y al año siguiente, por segunda vez consecutiva vuelve a ganar el "World Music Award", esta vez en el London Earls, por el album Bastanak,1 es la artista libanesa que más álbumes ha vendido para el año 2009.Para el año 2008 Elissa aparece por segundo año consecutivo en la lista de las 100 personalidades árabes más poderosas.
